Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placing your order.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@themaplegents.com and include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

After the 1-hour cancellation period, we may be unable to cancel your order if it has already entered processing. Because orders may be processed quickly, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

If your order has already been processed, it can no longer be cancelled. Once you receive the order, you can request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

If your cancellation is successfully completed after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.
